SupportHelp and advice when you need itKeyTERRA-FIRMA, KeySHORE and KeyGML are supplied with the initial year Annual Service Agreement that entitles the user to technical support. If you are an existing user and need to confirm the status of your Annual Service Agreement please email sa@keycivil.com. If you need technical support you can either phone KeyTERRA-FIRMA Ltd. on 01527 68888 or send an email outlining the query to support@keycivil.com. Normally the best thing to do is to phone first and if the need arises then send an email containing relevant drawing files and other data. If your needs are very urgent you can email the data first and if after a few minutes we have not responded then phone. Effective and prompt response to support telephone calls and emails has been an important aspect in ensuring happy users who benefit by exploiting the software productively and efficiently. The cost to maintain subsequent years Annual Service Agreements is kept at a very affordable level and this also entitles attendance at the User Group meetings held in Rugby and Kinross (Scotland). Key codes for KTF 7 (AutoCAD), KTF 7 (Bricscad) and KTF 7.10 (AutoCAD 2010) are available online for upgrades from earlier versions. The Key code updates your dongle to include authorisation for the later versions / new platforms. The codes may be supplied by directly linking to the web site from within KTF or as a separate operation by clicking a button below. Please ensure that your User name and Password are ready (from the label inside the CD container) together with the ID (the alpha-numeric code displayed in the dialogue upon initially running KTF).
The earlier KTF 6.8 is available for users working within AutoCAD 2005 and 2006. Tokens are available for authorised users by pressing the button below. This feature is for clients with an evaluation copy of KTF 7 who have a valid user name and password.
